A deposit confirms your order and starts production; the balance is paid before dispatch. Online payment is coming soon.
How payment works
1 · Deposit — paid when the contract is signed, confirms your production slot.
2 · Balance — paid before dispatch, once pre-shipment inspection is approved.
3 · Freight & installation — quoted separately and settled per project.
Payment methods
Online card payment is being prepared — the interface is reserved and will be enabled with our payment provider. Until then, deposits and balances are arranged by bank transfer through your design lead.
If you need an invoice, a payment schedule or a receipt for a transfer, contact us and we will issue the documents within one business day.
