Panels in, modules out

Our 50,000㎡ base in the Greater Bay Area runs full Homag lines: cutting, edge banding, drilling and nesting are automated, and every panel carries its own label from the moment it is cut.

Cabinets are not shipped as flat panels. Each unit is pre-assembled on the line, checked against the drawings, then taken apart in reverse order and packed with its own hardware set and fitting sheet.

Why pre-assembly matters overseas

A project 8,000 kilometres away cannot afford a missing panel. Pre-assembly catches the mistakes in the factory — a wrong hinge bore, a door that does not sit flush, a drawer that runs tight — instead of on a site where nobody can recut anything.

Before shipping, every order is inspected with photos and video and shared with the client, so what arrives is exactly what was approved.
